Signature S6 v.3: Blows its Highly-Respected Older Bigger Brother out of the Water!

Roger Kanno, associate editor of the SoundStage! Network is a long-time owner of a pair of Paradigm Reference Signature S8 v.2's and is never shy to share his admiration for their abilities.

But when we came out of with version three of the Signature series, we were convinced that the S8's new younger sibling, (the Signature S6 v.3) would blow the old S8 v.2's out of the water!

Roger was the perfect candidate to accept the challenge - and he did. So we shipped him a pair for him to judge them fairly for himself. After much torture and intense audiophile testing, SoundStage! Xperience has published Roger's review of the Signature S6 v.3 and we are proud to say... WE WERE RIGHT!
"Over the past several years I’ve grown accustomed to the sound of the original Signature S8s. They have a big sound, with excellent bass extension and a neutral midrange accompanied by sweet but natural-sounding highs. The S6 v.3s indeed had a similar familial sound, but the new speakers sounded better -- a lot better."
Roger liked them so much, they got stamped with the network's prestigious "Reviewer's Choice" award!

Here's a sneak preview of some of the feedback Roger gave...

"Just about any high-quality speaker can make an audiophile recording sound good, but the S6 v.3 made them sound exceptional. With less-than-stellar recordings, all of the speaker’s strengths were still clearly audible while revealing no weaknesses."

"Given the Paradigm Reference Signature S6 v.3’s ambitious design, exceptional construction quality, and what I heard from them, I wouldn’t have been surprised to learn that it cost $10,000/pair or more. Then again, if anyone could produce such a high-performing speaker for about $6000/pair, it would be Paradigm, with their advanced R&D facilities and modern manufacturing methods. The Reference Signature S6’s combination of ultrasmooth treble, perfectly integrated midrange, and unexpectedly articulate bass make it a speaker that simply must be heard to be appreciated. Its lack of coloration, extremely high power handling, and wide, smooth frequency response allowed it to play back any type of program material without fault."

Introducting a NEW member to the esteemed Paradigm Reference family... the MilleniaOne

Paradigm is proud to announce an addition to it's esteemed Reference line, the all new (drum roll please!) ...  MilleniaOne

This satellite speaker, debuting at CEDIA 2010 in Atlanta, Georgia later this month, fills the gap for a compact 'Reference'-quality (a.k.a. high-end!) system, to a line with an outstanding reputation.

But don't be fooled by the pixie proportions, this speaker has GIANT sound!  Borrowing driver technology from it's big sister, Paradigm Reference Studio v.5, the MilleniaOne sports the same S-PAL (saton-anodized pure-aluminum) domes and cones.  Available in Black Gloss and White Gloss and sold as 2.0 and 5.0 (with a horizontal center) each pack ships with matching bookshelf stands and on-wall brackets so you can incorporate these gems into any configuration you choose.

Wanna know more?  ...This is just a sneak preview because we couldn't wait any longer to show off the MilleniaOne but soon Paradigm will feature the MilleniaOne with more information and images on our website.
